Bloody Roar_doodles_20nov2012

my 20th fan art piece to the fighting game franchise Bloody Roar. the main gimmick is the fighters can build up a power gauge and transform themselves into different animals and destroy each other.

From Bottom Left is Long the tiger and Uriko the half beast on their way somewhere, just as Gado the lion in cognate bumps into him. Top left is a later scene where Gado and his daughter Shina the leopard confront long, challenging him to fight. Top right they are all in beast form, its a two on one fight of the tiger, the leopard and the lion. Gado goes in with a flying kick and long avoids. And bottom right pose is Long using his martial prowess to defend from both Shina's upper and Gado's lower attacks.

This was alot of fun, i took inspiration from a couple of kung fu movies and used abit of imagination. these days i tend to try and work in some sort of narrative, for now i keep it short.
