Marvel_Man-Spider and Spider-Hulk_01_Aug2012

As a bit of fun, I drew two Spider-man mutations I rather liked from the comics. on the Left is the Man-Spider. The Storyline in the comics was Peter parker was kidnapped by mutates in the savage land and was exposed to something that pushes his mutation further, so he became alot more spider like. The 90's cartoon version, they condensed the extra-armed spider-man storyline and the man-spider into one, and just had it it was the next stage of the cure that peter parker fudged and it mutated his dna even further. Very cool Monster design i always liked.

And to the right is Spider-Hulk. A storyline that featured hulk and a villain who wanted hulks power, and in trying to drain hulks power spider-man was hit by gamma radiation and became a hulk of his own for a brief while.

Was lots of fun doing these, I drew them in a similar style to Capcom sprites, so you can Imagine Man-spider being extra-armed Spider-mans finisher.

P.s. I may have goofed up Man-spiders colours, i remembered him being grey not brown coloured in the cartoon, ah well he still looks spider like so its all good.
